Visitors are guided through a clean booking flow: pick a service, choose an available time slot, and confirm. No confusing calendars or dead ends.
QR codes
Every booking link can be turned into a QR code, ready to print on cards, flyers, or screens so people can book with a quick scan.
Email reminders
Automatic reminder emails help cut down on no-shows, sent ahead of the appointment through your site’s own mail, with no third-party service involved.
Calendar invites
Confirmation emails can include an iCal (.ics) invite, so the appointment drops straight into the client’s calendar app with one tap.
Self-service rescheduling
Clients can move their own appointment to a new slot without emailing you. The old booking is only released once the new one is confirmed.
